At GIK Acoustics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your acoustic treatment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return standard products within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that custom-made products and certain professional series items may be subject to specific restocking fees or exclusion from our standard return policy.

Submit a Return Request

Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

Pack Your Items Securely

Place the products in their original packaging with all internal protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our facility.

Label and Ship

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to the return address provided by our support team using a trackable carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once your return is received and inspected for resale condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
